摘要 以"多克隆抗体的制备、纯化和鉴定"综合设计性实验为例,就教学方法、实施过程、信息反馈和教学体会等方面进行总结及讨论。综合设计性实验的开设,不仅有利于学生自主学习兴趣、实践操作能力、创新思维能力及团队合作精神的培养,也促进了教师专业知识和实验技能的提高,有效地推动了基础医学实验教学改革。 The teaching methods, implementation process, information feedback and teaching experience of the synthetic and designed expefments have been summarized and discussed by taking "preparation, purification and identification of polyclonal antibody" as an example. The synthetic and designed experiments have not only effectively developed the learners' interest, performance ability, innovation thinking and teamwork spirit, but also promoted the teachers to improve their professional knowledge and experimental skills, which deepen the experimental teaching reform.
