摘要
通过求解45号钢国柱体零件淬火过程中温度场的分布,给出了一种不需要由实验测量的平面及轴对称零件淬火冷却时温度分布的确定方法。该法适用于各种淬火液,数值计算较为简单、稳定,并为史精确地计算淬火过程中的热应力,残余应力做好了准备工作。
An effectual method that can determine the temperature distribution during quenching was given by means of the finite element analyrsis. This technique is reliable. steady and suits for various quenchants,It can avoid the considerable complicated experiments and do the prepared work forcalculating heat stress and remaining stress.
