摘要
目的调查确定使用尿液有形成分分析仪检测北京地区健康成人尿液有形成分的正常参考值,为临床诊断提供参考。方法选择1200例北京地区健康成人作为研究对象,随机收集新鲜中段尿液标本。应用朗迈UriSed型全自动尿沉渣分析仪对尿液中的红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞(鳞状和非鳞状)、精子细胞、酵母菌、管型(透明、非透明)、结晶(草酸钙、尿酸、三磷酸盐)进行检测。所有阳性结果(主要是管型)均经人工对该仪器所摄照片进行复查。所有实验均在取样后2h内完成。结果以X95%表示正常参考值上限,本研究健康人尿液有形成分的正常参考值为:红细胞男性0.0～4.0/μl、女性0.0～6.0/μl,白细胞男性0.0～5.0/μl、女性0.0～12.0/μl,鳞状上皮细胞男性0.0～2.0/μl、女性0.0～16.0/μl,非鳞状上皮细胞男性0.0～2.0/μl、女性0.0～4.0/μl,精子细胞男性0.0～0.4/μl、女性0.0～0.0/μl,前述各项男、女间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);草酸钙结晶0.0～2.5/μl,尿酸结晶0.0～2.0/μl,三磷酸盐结晶0.0～1.5/μl,酵母菌0.0～0.4/μl,透明管型0.0～0.4/μl,非透明管型0.0～0.0/μl,前述各项男、女间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论北京地区健康成人尿液有形成分正常参考值的测定为使用朗迈UriSed型全自动尿沉渣分析仪进行临床检测提供了参考依据。
Objective Based on the detection results with UriSed automated urine sediment analyzer,to establish the reference range of formed elements in urinary sediments of healthy adults in Beijing area.Methods One thousand two hundreds healthy subjects were enrolled from Beijing area,and fresh mid-stream urine specimens were randomly collected.The formed elements consisting of red blood cells （RBC）,white blood cells （WBC）,squamous and non-squamous epithelial cells,sperms,yeasts,hyalin and non-hyalin casts,crystals （calcium oxalate,uric acid and triphosphate） were detected with UriSed automatic urine sediment analyzer.All the positive samples had to be closely compared with the pictures taken by the analyzer.All the procedures were done within 2 hours after specimen collection.Results With X95% as the upper limit,the normal reference ranges of urinary formed elements of healthy adults were as follows：RBC 0.0～4.0/μl （male）,0.0～6.0/μl （female）;WBC 0.0～5.0/μl （male）,0.0～12.0/μl （female）;squamous epithelial cells 0.0～2.0/μl （male）,0.0～16.0 （female）;non-squamous epithelial cells 0.0～2.0/μl （male）,0.0～4.0 （female）;sperm cells 0.0～0.4/μl （male）,0.0～0.0 （female）;calcium oxalate 0.0～2.5/μl;uric acid crystal 0.0～2.0/μl;triphosphate crystal 0.0～1.5/μl;yeasts 0.0～0.4/μl;hyalin casts 0.0～0.4/μl;non-hyalin casts 0.0～0.0/μl.Significant difference existed between males and females in RBC,WBC,epithelial cells and sperm cells （P0.01）,while no difference existed between the two sexes in crystals,yeasts and casts （P0.05）.Conclusion The establishment of normal reference ranges of urinary formed elements provides a basis for clinical application of UriSed automatic urine sediment analyzer in detection of urinary formed elements.
