健身气功·易筋经对老年女性身体素质的影响

摘要 目的探讨健身气功易筋经对老年女性身体素质的影响。方法以64名老年女性为对象,随机分为练功组(n=34)和对照组(n=30),练功组进行每周6次,每次40~50min,共6个月的锻炼,对照组不参加任何集体或个人的有计划锻炼。分别于实验前和6个月练功后对实验对象的握力、背力、坐位体前屈、闭眼单腿站立、反应时进行测试。结果练功6个月后,练功组背力明显高于练功前(P<0.01),坐位体前屈、闭眼单腿站立明显高于练功前(P<0.05),反应时明显低于练功前(P<0.01),握力高于练功前,但差异未见显著性(P>0.05)。对照组在实验前后身体素质测试结果未发生明显变化(P>0.05)。结论健身气功易筋经锻炼有助于提高老年女性的力量、柔韧、平衡和灵敏等身体素质。 Objective To explore the effect of Fitness Qigong(Yi Jinjing) exercise on physical quality of the elder female individuals.Methods The subjects of this experiment are 64 elder female individuals who were divided into 2 groups randomly; exercise group(34 cases) and control group(30 cases). The exercise group practiced 40-50min pre time, six times pre week for six months, and the control group had no exercise with collective or individual scheme. The indexes of physical quality of the elder female individuals were measured before and after 6-month exercise. Results After six months Yi Jinjing exercise, the exercise group showed significant increase in back strength(P〈0.01), increase in sit-and-reach and eye-closed and single-legged (P〈0.05), significant decrease in reaction time(P〈0.01). The control group showed no significant change in these variables(P〉0.05).Conclusion Fitness Qigong(Yi Jinjing) exercise improved the strength, flexibility, balance and sensitivity physical qualities of elder female individuals.
