产κ-卡拉胶降解酶菌株的筛选鉴定及降解产物初步分析 被引量:1

摘要 从海南卡拉胶生产基地的土样中筛选得到一株高产κ-卡拉胶降解酶的菌株,命名为N5-2。该菌为革兰阴性杆菌,经形态学观察、生理生化指标鉴定和16SrRNA序列的分析,确定该菌为Cellulophaga属lytica种。通过系统发育树的建立,可知该菌在进化中的地位。该菌所产的κ-卡拉胶降解酶降解κ-卡拉胶的产物经薄层层析检测主要为3个组分。均一的组分使得寡糖的纯化过程相对简单,方便了后期寡糖活性的研究与应用。 A κ-carrageenase-producing bacterium was isolated from the soil,coming from carrageenan producing station,Hainan province and was named as N5-2.The results of morphology analysis,physiological and biochemical properties,phylogenetic analysis based on the 16SrRNA sequence indicate that the strain N5-2 belongs to the specie lytica within the genus Cellulophaga.Its position in evolution was shown in the phylogenetic tree.The degradation products by κ-carrageenase from the strain N5-2 have 3 mainly components by TLC analysis,so that it is easy to purify these κ-carrageenan oligosaccharides for its research and application.
