摘要
目的了解医学院校教师工作倦怠水平的现状及其与社会支持的相关研究,为对教师的工作倦怠干预提供帮助。方法采用中式工作倦怠量表(CMBI)和社会支持问卷(SRRS)对286名医学院校教师进行测试。结果教师轻度工作倦怠的检出率为35.0%,中度工作倦怠的检出率为22.0%,高度工作倦怠的检出率为3.5%;客观支持与工作倦怠的三个维度均有显著性负相关;主观支持及对支持的利用度与工作倦怠中的情感耗竭、成就感降低两个维度均有显著性负相关。结论医学院校教师工作倦怠检出率较高,应当重视医学院校教师的工作倦怠问题,并充分考虑社会支持对其工作倦怠的影响作用。
Objective To understand the status of job burnout among medical university teachers and its relationship with social support, and to provide assistance for relevant interventions. Methods Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory (CMBI) and Social Support Rating Scale (SRRS) were used to collect the data of job burnout and social support from 286 medical university teachers. Results The prevalence rates of slight, moderate and high burnout of the participants were 35.0%, 22.0% and 3.5%, respectively. The social support of medical university teachers affected their job bumout. Objective support was negatively correlated with three dimensions of job burnout, and subjective support was negatively correlated with affection depletion and decrease in sense of accomplishment. Conclusion The prevalence of job burnout of the medical university teachers was serious. Attention should be paid to the job burnout problem of medical university teachers, while social support should be taken into consideration.
