摘要
提出一种适合于随调式消弧线圈控制的接地电容电流测量方法。控制消弧线圈,使其分别输出4个已知的补偿电流,并分别测出相应的零序电压值,依据这4对量可计算出3个接地电容电流值,取这3个值中2个最接近者的平均值为最终的测量值。仿真分析了测量误差,并用该测量方法设计了消弧线圈调谐控制器,模拟试验和挂网运行均证明该测量方法精度较高。
The paper provided a measurement method suitable for the grounding capacitance current controlled by the adjustable mode arc suppression coil. The control of the arc suppression soil could have four individual outputs of the known compensation current and could individually measure the related zero sequence voltage value. With the four pair values, three grounding capacitance current values could be calculated and the two closed to the average value of the three values would be the final measured value. The simulation analysis was conducted for the measurement error. The measurement method was applied to design the tuning controller of the arc suppression coil. The simulation test and the grid connected operation all showed that the measurement method was high in accuracy.
