摘要
研究了氢化物发生器与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪联用,同时测量钢铁中痕量锑和铋的方法,研究了酸度、硼氢化钾的浓度、基体(铁基)对测量结果的影响。采用此方法测量标准样品,测量值与标准值具有很好的一致性,该方法完全能够满足此类产品的检测要求。
A method for simultaneous determination of trace level of bisomuth and antimony in steel by Hydride-Generation-Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emision Spectrometry has been successfully developed.The effects of acid value,concentration of potassium boride,iron base on the measuring results are discussed.This method is simple,rapid,precise and convenient for the purpose to determine trace level of bisomuth and antimony in steel.
