摘要
本文以科学发展观为指导,总结了聘用制人员现行的管理措施和办法,提出了建设管理中存在的矛盾及问题,提出了建设发展对策及措施,以期促进聘用制人才队伍建设,实现军队疗养院可持续发展。
With the guidance of the scientific concept of development,the author summarized the present managing methods of employee staff,pointed out the existing conflicts and problems and presented the countermeasures in order to promote the building of employment system and achieve the goal of sustainable development.
