摘要
目的:分离鉴定连翘水提物中的化学成分。方法:采用薄层色谱、硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和制备高效液相色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和1H-NMR、13C-NMR等谱学技术进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到8个化合物:硬脂酸(Ⅰ)、熊果酸(Ⅱ)、对羟基苯乙酸(Ⅲ)、3-(4-乙氧基-3-羟基-苯基)丙烯酸(Ⅳ)、异落叶松树脂醇(Ⅴ)、(+)表松脂素-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ)、右旋表松脂素(Ⅶ)、右旋松脂素(Ⅷ)。结论:化合物Ⅲ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the extract with water from Forsythia suspensa. Methods: The compounds were isolated and repeatedly purified on TLC, silica gel column chromatograph, gel column chromatography, and preparative HPLC, and the structures were elucidated by physico-chemical properties and NMR. Results: Eight compounds were obtained and elucidated as stearic acid(Ⅰ),ursolic acid(Ⅱ),p-hydroxyphenyl acetic acid(Ⅲ),3-(4-ehtoxoy-3-hydroxyphenyl)acrylic acid(Ⅳ),isolariciresinol(Ⅴ),epipinoresinol-4-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅵ),(+)-epipinoresionl(Ⅶ),(+)-pinoresinol(Ⅷ).Conclusion: Compound Ⅲ is isolated from this genus for the first time.
