摘要
通过研究低温对黄瓜幼苗的影响,发现在低温条件下,黄瓜幼苗叶片叶绿素含量明显下降,其相对减少量与黄瓜耐低温能力呈负相关;大部分品种(系)可溶性蛋白质含量增加,低温下可溶性蛋白质含量及相对增加量与黄瓜耐低温能力表现为正相关。在低温条件下保持较高的叶绿素含量和NR活性是黄瓜植株保持较大生长量的基础。经相关分析,NR活性及其相对减少量与黄瓜耐低温能力呈显著相关,是鉴定黄瓜耐温能力的较好指标。并对植物耐低温能力的复杂性做了分析。
The effect of chilling stress on cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) was studied. Under the chilling stress,the chlorophyll content and the nitrate reductase(NR) activity decreased clearly,the relative decrease of these showed a negative correlation with thd resistance to chilling. At the same time,soulbe protein content increased except Jinyan No.4. The more of chlorophyll content and NR activity are the base of more growth capacity in cucumber varieties under the stress of chilling. Through correlation analysis,significant correlation in the NR activity and its relative decrease under chilling and low light stress with the resistance to stress. They were the best indices to identify the cucumber resistance to chilling and low light stress. At the same time,we considered that it was reasonable to use many of physilological,biochemical and morphological indices to identify the resistance to the stress.
