摘要
美国和日本的教育管理体制与教师供求关系存在很大的差别,但两国的教师录用却有很多相似之处。两国在教师录用的标准、决策主体、程序、试用期制度、激励措施等方面均有完善的制度性规定,但也存在一些不足。对其进行比较对于建立我国教师录用制度将有一定借鉴意义。
The educational administration system and teacher supply and demand differs widely between U.S. and Japan. The teacher recruitment system between the two countries,however,displays quite a few similarities. Both the United States and Japan have comprehensive provisions of teacher recruitment,including recruitment standards, eligibility of the recruitment decision makers,procedures,probation system as well as stimulus measures. The teacher recruitment system of the two countries is helpful to establish China's teacher recruitment system, though there are some defects in teacher recruitment in the two countries.
