摘要
目的:建立控制复方金银花颗粒质量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法。色谱柱Zorbax RP-C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈:0.3%磷酸=15:85(v/v);流速:1mL/min;波长300nm。结果:复方金银花颗粒中绿原酸含量为0.524mg/袋。结论:该方法准确可靠,可用于控制复方金银花颗粒的质量。
Objective:To establish the method of controlling the quality of FuFang Jin YinHua granules.Method:HPLC was used.Column: Zorbax RP-C18 Chromatography column(150×4.6 mm,5μm);mobile phase:acetonitrile: 0.3% phosphonic acid = 15: 85(v/v)5;flow speed: 1 mL/min;λ=300nm.Result: The contents of chlorogenic acid in FuFang Jin YinHua granules is 0.524 mg/pack.Conclusion: The method is simple,stable and accurate,so it could be used to quality standards for FuFang JinYinHua Granules.
