摘要
目的评价通过健康教育对骨质疏松患者进行综合防治的效果。方法选择骨质疏松症患者158例,随机分成对照组和观察组各79例,观察组在常规护理的基础上开展健康教育,对结果进行分析。结果两组骨质疏松症患者知识掌握率、生活方式影响、遵医嘱服药行为、疼痛改善情况及护理工作满意度比较,其差异具有统计学意义(均P〈0.01)。结论实施健康教育可改善骨质疏松症患者的生活质量和心理健康状况、降低危险因素,对减轻病痛有积极作用。
Objective To explore the effects of health education on osteoporosis patients. Methods 158 cases were recruited and randomly divided into two groups, control group and experimental group. The experimental group received routine care and health education while the control group only received routine care. Results There were significant differences in disease knowledge acquisition, pattern of hfe, compliance medication, pain relieving and nursing satisfaction between two groups. Canclusions Health education of osteoporosis can improve the patients' quality of life and mental health, reduce the risk factors and alleviate the pain for patients.
