摘要
放射性粒子组织间植入治疗肿瘤的范围不断扩大，已广泛用于多种实体肿瘤，但临床疗效仍受多种因素的影响。提高临床疗效的根本措施是严格选择手术适应证，准确控制放射性粒子种类、剂量、活度及排布，优化选择术前、术中治疗计划。
The application of radioactive seed implantation is expanding, for the treatment of varieties of tumors, but many factors influence its clinical effects. The fundamental measure for the improvement of clinical effects is strict selection of indication, accurate control of radioactive species, dose, activity and distribution, optimization of pre-operation and intra-operation treament plan.
