摘要
在扎染图案造型设计中,坯布处理及染色工艺过程相当复杂,各工序条件控制不当极易造成花色不匀、深浅色差。通过生产实践分析了绳扎坏布与染色前处理、染料选用、染色工艺及染色处方中的注意事项,介绍了染色过程中疵病的克服方法。
In tie-dye pattern design, greige cloth treatment and dyeing process were complex, incorrect control of vari- ous working procedures condition would extremely lead to uneven design and color difference. Combining with the production practice, tieing the greige cloth, pretreatment, the selection of dyes, the process and dyeing prescription were .analysised, and the defect overcome methods in the dyeing process were intro- duced.
