活血祛瘀剂配合牵引按摩治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症62例 被引量：5

摘要 目的:观察活血祛瘀类中药静脉滴注配合牵引按摩治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:采用活血祛瘀剂(川芎嗪注射液、丹参注射液)静滴配合牵引按摩治疗本病62例,并设对照组观察。结果:治疗1组、2组治愈优良明显优于对照组(P<0.05);血液中IL-6和PGE2含量降低(P<0.05)。结论:本方法有活血祛瘀,改善血液循环,调节炎症因子的作用,能明显缓解疼痛症状。
