摘要
综采工作面落煤、装煤、运煤、支护等生产过程是一个系统工程,整个系统的先进可靠,不但要求单机设备要先进、可靠,各设备之间的合理匹配也非常重要。针对梅花井112201工作面产量高、推进长度大等特殊开采条件,对主要设备选型原则及选型设计方法进行了分析和计算,对类似工作面设备选型有一定的参考价值。
The coal cutting,loading,conveying,support and other production process of the fully mechanized longwall coal mining face are a systematic engineering.The advanced and reliability of the whole system would not only require one unit equipment to be advanced and reliability,but the rational matching between each equipment would be very important.According to the high production,long advancing length and other special mining conditions of No.112201 coal mining in Meihua Mine,an analysis and calculation was conducted on the selection principle and the selection design method of the main equipments,which could have certain reference value to the equipment selection of the similar mining face.
