MV技术在水产养殖和加工中的应用

摘要 就MV(Machine Vision,MV)技术在水产养殖、水产加工等渔业领域中的应用作了初步探讨。首先就其原理在渔业生产中的应用作了分析,以水产养殖和水产加工为例,说明在渔业生产中如何应用MV技术。对MV技术在渔业生产中的应用进行了展望,并揭示了MV技术在替代人工作业中的技术特点和优势。 In this paper,it was primarily discussed the application of MV technology in aquiculture and aquatic products processing area.Firstly it analyzed the applied theory of MV technology in the fishery products,and illustrated how to make use of the MV technology in the fishery products as by use of aquiculture and aquatic products processing,recommended the prospects of the MV technology in the fishery products and revealed the technical characteristics and advantages of the MV's replacement of manual work.
