摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法对21批不同产地紫花地丁药材中秦皮乙素的含量进行了测定。方法:使用Thermo HYpersil-keystong BDS C18高效液相色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(15∶85)为流动相,检测波长349 nm。结果:不同产地的紫花地丁中秦皮乙素的含量有较大差异,其中河北产紫花地丁中秦皮乙素的含量较高,但不稳定;陕西、河南产紫花地丁中秦皮乙素的含量较稳定。结论:紫花地丁中秦皮乙素的含量随地域差异变化较大。
Objective：To compare the contents of esculetin in Viola yedoensis Makino.from Different Producing Regions.Methods：HPLC method was used.The HPLC system consisted of ThermoHYpersil-keystong BDS C18 column（150mm×4.6mm 5μm） and methanol-0.1% Phosphorylation（15：85） mixture as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was at 349 nm.Results：The content of esculetin in Viola yedoensis Makino.from different producing regions is remarkably different.Conclusion：Producing regions is the crucial factor for quality of processing and producing in Viola yedoensis Makino.
