摘要
用电镜对产后大鼠胸腺组织进行了超微结构观察.结果发现产后大鼠胸腺组织的超微结构与未孕大鼠相比,上皮性网状细胞中的暗细胞明显增多,其核周间隙扩大.亮细胞减少,胞质内各种细胞器均减少.两种上皮性网状细胞内张力细丝都增多.皮质内淋巴细胞减少,多数是小淋巴细胞,大中型淋巴细胞及其分裂相少见.浆细胞的数量增多.提示产后大鼠胸腺上皮性网状细胞的退化和淋巴细胞的增殖减退是胸腺退化的组织学基础,其机制可能为妊娠期升高的类固醇类激素直接作用的结果.
The ultrastructures of the thymus of the postpartum rat were observed with electronic microscope. The results were as follows:(1) The number of dark cells among the epithelial reticular cells increased remarkably and their perinuclear space enlarged. The number of the pale cells were reduced and so did their organelles. Tonfilaments in the cytoplasm of both the aple and the dark cells were increased.(2) The number of lymphocytes in the cortex of the thymus werw reduced.What remained were mostly small lymphocytes; large and middle lymphocytes and their mitotic figures were hardly seen.(3) The number of plasma cells were increased.The above results suggest that the involution of ephithelial reticular cells of the thymus of the postpartum rat and the reduction of multiplication of lymphocytes are the histologic basis of thymus involution. The mechanism may be the effect of raised steroid hormone levels during pregnancy.
