摘要
采用生物力学方法,分别测试了新鲜硬脑膜,冻干硬脑膜,医用硅胶和医用涤纶膜作受力和变形关系的力学测试,4种材料的柔度分别为0.6×10^(-7)、0.72×10^(-7)、3.44×10^(-7)和6.89×10^(-7)Pa.颅底缺损的膨出实验,在颅底缺损达3cm,28h后的膨出度为3.16 mm.
The creep behavior of human dura and substitutes, and dura protrusion for cranial base defect in a simulating apparatus were measured by biomechanical method. The initial creep compliance of fresh drua, freeze-fried dura, silicone rubber and dacron membrane was 0. 6×10-7, 0. 72×10-7, 3. 44×10-7 and 6. 89×10-7 Pa ,respectively. The protrusion of a freezedried dura for 3 cm defect was 3. 16 mm in 28 h.
