采用接触式培养皿和显色培养基进行采血人员手部消毒效果监测 被引量:4

Effect of Hand Skin Disinfection with Contact Plate and Identification Culture Medium in Blood Center

摘要 目的评价接触式培养皿和显色培养基在采血人员手部消毒效果检测中的作用。方法采血人员手部消毒前后,左右手分别采用接触式培养皿法和棉签擦拭法进行取样培养、菌落计数,并将菌落转种到金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌鉴别培养基上进行鉴别。结果32名采血人员手部消毒前,接触式培养皿法和棉签擦拭法检出的细菌总数分别为27 CFU/30 cm2和15 CFU/30 cm2,消毒后分别为5 CFU/30 cm2和3 CFU/30 cm2。结论接触式培养皿法操作简单,结合金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌鉴别培养基可以快速、准确地进行采血人员手部消毒效果的监测。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the detection methods of hand hygiene among blood collection staff contacting the plate and identification culture medium. METHODS The hand skin of blood collection staff was sampled by contact plate or swab before and after disinfection respectively. The bacteria were identified with identification culture medium for Staphylococcus aureus for Escherichia coli. RESULTS Before disinfection, the numbers of colonies presented on the contact plates were 27 CFU/30 cm^2 and on the swab culture system were 15 CFU/30 cm^2 vs 5 CFU/30 cm^2 and 3 CFU/30 cm^2 after disinfection, respectively. CONCLUSIONS Combined with the identification culture medium, the method using contact plate can inspect the effect of hand skin disinfection quickly and accurately.
