摘要
目的探讨洁净手术室启用阶段的医院感染控制。方法从洁净手术室启用前的准备阶段入手,对相关人员进行分层次的培训,并对洁净手术室的环境和物品进行流程控制。结果通过对洁净手术室启用前的参与流程设计、人员培训、组织验收以及启用后的规范管理,使相关人员对洁净手术室的管理理念得到了进一步的提升,工作人员和物品的流程等得到了优化。结论建立一个功能流程规范、安全、洁净的现代化手术室是外科手术发展的有力保障,也是控制医院感染的关键。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the control of hospital infection at the beginning stage use of the laminar airflow（LAF） operating rooms.METHODS During the preparation stage before the LAF operating room put into use,the medical staff were trained,and the process of the ineoor environment and equipment was controlled.RESULTS The management idea of medical staff was improved,and the process of the medical staff and equipment was optimized.CONCLUSIONS As well as the key point of the hospital infection control is grasped,it is also a powerful guarantee to the development of surgery to set up a standard,safe and clean modern operating room.
