专利审查一体化制度初探 被引量：3

摘要 传统的专利权具有地域性,各国对同一发明需要分别进行审查授权。近年来,跨国申请剧增导致世界各国纷纷进行专利审查一体化协调,以减少重复的审查工作。研究近年来出现的各国相互之间利用审查信息和结果的制度以及审查结果的国际承认制度,并在此基础上阐述专利审查一体化制度与其他一体化制度的关系和配合问题,具有重要的意义。
