摘要
本文提出了一种热塑性型聚氨酯弹性体的网络结构模型,它是由氢键交联网、缠结网和微区-高分子链组网的网络结构组成。基于上述模型,把三种网中的单个链组作为独立的统计单元和形变单元,计算了三种网中四种单个链组的末端距分布函数,结果表明它们均不同于高斯分布。根据上述分布函数和大形变机理,分别计算了三种网和总网的弹性形变自由能。从而提出了热塑性型聚氨酯弹性体的大形变弹性分子理论。并推导出五种简单形变方式的应力-应变关系。该理论成功地把弹性状态方程同聚氨酯的组成通过三个分子结构参数C_1、C_2和C_3联系起来。
A structure model of networks for TPUE which is composed of the three kinds of networks (the hydrogen bond crosslinked, trapped entranglement and domain-polymer chain networks) was proposed. The four kinds of constituent chains in these networks were considered respectively as an independent elementary unit of deformation, and their probability distribution functions of end-to-end vector were calculated by the developed method. Basing on the above model of networks for TPUE and the mechanism of large deformation the elastic free energy of deformation for three kinds of networks were calculated. A new molecular theory of elasticity for TPUE at large deformation was presented.The relationships of stress to strain for five types of deformation were derived from this theory. It can succeed in relating the elastic equation of state to the constitution by three molecular parameters C1, C2 and C3.
