髋关节置换术后发生非感染性骨缺损原因的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着第一例髋关节置换手术的成功,手术患者不断增加,在美国估计每年有250 000例髋关节手术,而全髋关节置换手术大约为髋关节手术量的17.5%.Kurtz等的研究显示全美髋关节翻修的人数和花费还在持续增加.近年来髋关节置换术在我国发展迅速,不可避免地增加了翻修手术.导致翻修的原因主要为假体周围出现骨缺损和骨丢失,致使假体松动、假体柄下沉,最终导致假体失败.因此,解决骨溶解和丢失成为对抗假体失败的重要途径,阐明骨缺损的病因学就成为指导治疗的一个关键性问题.
