摘要
青光眼滤过手术是目前治疗青光眼的主要方式之一,而青光眼滤过泡术后瘢痕化是术后眼压失控、手术失败的主要原因。近年来,随着生物化学、分子生物学等学科的发展,青光眼术后抗瘢痕化的方法有了很大的进展,由以往单纯的药物治疗、细胞因子治疗发展为多种治疗方法方式相结合,为抗青光眼术后瘢痕化提供了更广阔的空间及前景。
Glaucoma filtration surgery is one of the main treatments of glaucoma, and the scar of glaucoma filtering bleb is the main reason of IOP out of control after surgeries. In recent years, with the development biochemistry, molecular biology and other disciplines. Methods of anti-scarring after glaucoma surgery have made great progress. For example , there are simple drug therapy, cytokine treatment and so on . The development of treatments provides a broader space and future prospects for anti-scarring after glaucoma surgery .
