320排CT诊断孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层动脉瘤1例 被引量：6

Isolated dissecting aneurysm of the superior mesenteric artery diagnosed by 320 slices CT: report of one case

摘要 病例 男,48岁,1d前突发上腹部隐痛,呈持续性,进食后无缓解,不伴皮肤瘙痒,无腹泻,无腰痛,神志清楚,无晕厥。查体：T：37.5℃,R：18次/min,P：65次/min,BP：154/94mmHg。上腹部轻压痛，未触及包块，肝脾肋下未触及，Mushy＇s征（-），肝浊音界无缩小，移动性浊音（-），肠鸣音正常。患者既往有高血压史，不嗜烟酒，无糖尿病、血友病及系统性疾病史。
