摘要
目的分析、评价某成品油储备库运行中存在的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,确定职业病危害关键控制点。方法依据《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》,采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法对其进行识别、分析。结果该油库存在的职业病危害因素有汽油、柴油、油品中含有的苯、甲苯、二甲苯等烃类化合物,噪声、高温、工频电磁场。工作场所中联合泵棚输油泵噪声强度超标,最高为89.3 dB(A);船甲板采样口存在溶剂汽油和苯,短时间检测浓度超标,最大值为2 129 mg/m3(超过限值7.1倍);苯15 m in检测浓度最大值为30.8 mg/m3(超过限值2.1倍);维修工个体接触苯的浓度超过限值1.1倍;其他职业病危害因素的浓度或强度均符合国家规定的职业接触限值。结论该油库主要职业病危害是汽油、苯、噪声,应从职业病危害关键控制点加强防治工作。
Objective To analyze and assess the occupational hazards and key control points in the oil depot.Methods According to relative national standards,the methods of occupational hygiene investigation and detection in workplace,and medical examination were applied.Results The occupational hazard factors that existed in the oil depot were gasoline,diesel oil,benzene,toluene,xylene and other hydrocarbons,noise,high temperature and electromagnetic field.Field monitoring showed that maximum of noise intensities of oil pump were 89.3 dB(A),exceeding the value of national standards.Maximum concentrations of 15 min detection for gasoline and benzene of sampling outlet in oil tanker were 2 129 mg/m3 and 30.8 mg/m3,which the excursion limits were 7.1 times and 2.1 times.Maintenance men' individual exposure value of benzene was 1.1 times of the occupational exposure limits.Other occupational hazard factors were under the occupational exposure limits.Conclusion The main occupational hazards are gasoline,benzene and noise.The occupational hazard prevention and control work should be strengthened in key control points.
