摘要
采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射和多种腐蚀试验方法研究了含钼高硅铸铁的组织及腐蚀行为,着重研究了热处理对其腐蚀行为的影响。试验结果表明,含钼高硅铸铁在36%HCl,50℃的苛刻介质中具有良好的耐蚀性,并具有较好的抗电化学腐蚀性能和抗点蚀性能。此外,热处理后的高硅铸铁中,Fe2Si相虽有所增多,但仍然提高了耐蚀性能和力学性能。
In this paper,optical microscope,X-ray diffraction analysis and several kinds of corrosion test methods are applied to investigate the microstructure and corrosion behaviour of Mocontaining high silicon cast ironInfluence of the heat treatment on the corrosion behaviour is emphatically studiedExperimental results show that,Mocontaining high silicon cast iron possesses good corrosion resistance in concentrate hydrochloric acid of 36% HCl at 50℃,and better electrochemical corrosion resistance and higher pitting corrosion resistanceAlthough Fe2Si phase is raised in high silicon cast iron after heat treatment,its corrosion resistance and mechanical properties is increased
