Actiflo Carb工艺是法国威立雅公司开发的一种粉末活性炭投加和Actiflo高密度沉淀池相结合的工艺,由混凝、熟化、斜板沉淀以及微砂循环系统组成。微砂加重絮凝工艺是Acti-flo高密度沉淀池最大的特点。微砂可以成为絮凝体的核心,提高沉淀速度,增强沉淀性能。另外,微砂可以增加接触反应表面积,克服由于低温、低浊引起的絮凝困难。粉末活性炭的投加量与其种类有关,还与去除有机物的种类和数量相关。该工艺高效且布置紧凑,适用于饮用水处理,尤其是地表水。试验证明,Actiflo Carb工艺能够去除水中50%~60%的溶解性有机碳,是一种优于臭氧活性炭滤池的饮用水深度处理工艺。
Actiflo Carb combining Actiflo high density settler with powdered activated carbon (PAC) dosing was developed by Veolia. It is composed of coagulation, maturation, lamella plate settling and microsand recirculation system. The microsand ballasted flocculation process is a main characteristic of Actiflo high density settler. Microsand can form the core of floes, result in rapid settling and improve the settleability. In addition, mierosand increases the exchange surface and has high adaptability for low temperature and turbidity of raw water. The dosage of PAC depends on its type, the type and quantity of organic matters. This process is very efficient and compact. It is well suited to drinking water clarification, particularly for surface waters. Actiflo Carb can remove DOC of 50% to 60% , and it is an advanced treatment process of drinking water, better than ozone/GAC.
