摘要
对高密度沉淀池污泥上浮问题进行研究,结果表明,污泥上浮主要是由排泥水沉降性能变差、冲击负荷波动较大以及运行过程中操作不当等原因引起的。控制污泥上浮的主要措施有改善排泥水的沉降性能、降低排泥水冲击负荷、合理投加混凝剂、有效控制回流比及排泥等。
The sludge floating in high-density sedimentation tank was studied. The results indicate that the sludge floating is mainly caused by the settleability deterioration of sludge water, high fluctuation of impact load and improper operation and so on. The main countermeasures are to improve the settleability of sludge water, reduce its impact load, reasonably add the flocculants, effectively control the sludge return and discharge and so on.
