摘要
目的探讨神经外科护士对颅脑损伤患者实施舒适护理模式的效果。方法将120例颅脑损伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例，两组患者均同时给予常规药物治疗，对照组实施病房普通护理，观察组则以舒适护理模式为指南，实施为期8周的舒适护理，两组采用自行设计的患者满意度／舒适度调查表，症状自评两表（SCL-90）神经功能缺损评定量表等作为评价工具，综合评定临床护理作用和效果。结果观察组各量表评分显著优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论对住院颅脑损伤患者实施舒适护理，一方面能够提高外科临床护理工作质量，有利于临床护理工作的顺利开展，另一方面，能够更好地改善患者的心理状态，促进患者神经功能的良好康复。
Objective To explore neurosurgery nurses in patients with craniooerebral injury implement comfortable nursing to raise the effect, the mode of clinical nursing quality promotes mental rehabilitation provided scientific basis. Methods A total of 120 patients with eranioeerebral injury to patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each with 60 eases, two groups of patients were also given routine therapy and nursing, ordinary ward in implementing the observation group with comfortable nursing mode, implement a guide for eight weeks, two groups of comfortable nursing self - designed questionnaire, patient satisfaction/comfort self - evaluation two tables symptoms （SCL - 90） , neurologie deficits rating scale as evaluation tools, the comprehensive evaluation of clinical nursing role and effectiveness. Results Before treatment, the rating scale by statistical processing was no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . After treatment, the rating scales between the two groups were significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusions Implementing comfortable nursing for the patients with eranioeerebral injury could improve the quality of clinical nursing work, surgery for ellnieal nursing work, on the other hand, it could improve patients＇mental state better, and could promote the good neurelogie patients recover, it will be worth application in clinical surgery nursing.
