摘要
目的探讨发展性教学评价在护理教学中应用的新途径。方法以发展性教学评价理论为依据,设计临床护理教学,并将其应用于我校07级临床护理课教学中。结果07级学生成绩与06级学生成绩比较,有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。07级授课教师教学质量评价与06级授课教师教学质量评价比较,有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论将发展性教学评价理论应用于临床护理教学中,既能体现教学评价的能动性,又有利于师生共同发展,是提高临床护理教学质量的一个新途径。
Objective To probe into the development teaching evaluation applied new path in the nursing teaching. Methods With development teaching, evaluation theories was basis, design clinical nursing teaching, and apply in teaching. Results Student's result and give lessons teacher the evaluation comparison of the teaching quality ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . There was covariance learning meaning. Conclusions The development teaching evaluation the theories apply in clinical nursing teaching is a new path which raises clinical nursing teaching quality.
