钢铁行业废水处理中的膜用阻垢剂的研究

RESEARCH ON FILM SCALE INHIBITOR OF TREATING WASTEWATER FROM IRON AND STEEL INDUSTRY

摘要 介绍钢铁行业用水及排水现状,水质特点,水处理技术的水平,适用于钢铁行业水处理零排放工程的一般预处理及深度反渗透处理工艺,采用这种工艺存在的问题及国内外广泛采用的解决方法。针对中水水质特性、水质结垢特点、阻垢剂机制,研究出一种适用于钢铁行业中水回用的膜用阻垢剂,通过实验室动态试验,结果说明:该药剂具有良好的阻垢分散效果,达到国内外普遍采用的阻垢分散剂的阻垢效果,在钢铁行业废水回用处理中有良好的适用性。 In this paper,the present situation of the using and the draining water,the water quality characteristics,the water treatment technology's level in steel industry have been given.The general pretreatment and the depth reverse-osmotic treatment porcess suitable for the waste water treatment zero emission project in an iron and steel industry,the existing problem of the process,and the solutions widely used at home and abroad are also presented.On the basis of the water quality characteristics,water quality scaling characteristics and the mechanism of the scale inhibitor,a new kind of film scale inhibitor suitable for the water recycling in steel industry is developed.By the laboratory dynamic testing,finally this medicament has a good effect on scale inhibition and dispersion,and the scale inhibition effect is as those at home and abroad.This kind of film scale inhibitor has the good serviceability in steel industry for the waste water recycling and processing.
