摘要
某发电公司300MW CFB锅炉旋风分离器中心筒在运行中出现了变形脱落,分析认为其主要原因是锅炉旋风分离器中心筒区域温度变化幅度很大,并且经常处于超温运行状态,在热膨胀和冷收缩的反复过程中使中心筒挂撑发生断裂。对此,提出了通过燃烧调整试验,找出300MW CFB锅炉最佳的一、二次风量配比,以及严格控制起停过程中炉膛温升及升降负荷速率等措施,实施后再未发生类似现象。
The phenomena of central barrel deformation and drop - out from cyclonic separator of 300 MW CFB boilers have occurred in operation of one power plant. It is believed from analysis that the main causes are:large magniture of temperature variation in the zone of central barrel in the cyclonic separator, and it is often situated in over- temperature operation condition, the repetitive hot expansion and cold contraction process make the brace of central barrel to be ruptured. For this, preventive measures have been put forward,i, e. finding out through combustion adjustment test the optimal proportioning ratio between primary air and secondary air for the 300 MW CFB boiler, strictly controlling the temperature rise in furnace,and the speed rate of increasing and decreasing load in the process of start - up and shutdown,after implementation, similar phenomenon has never occurred.
