摘要
利用有效容积100L的堆肥反应器研究了添加过磷酸钙(SSP)和磷酸一铵(MAP)两种磷肥对牛粪好氧堆肥的作用。结果表明,在牛粪好氧堆肥过程中添加1.0%SSP和0.25%MAP对堆肥温度、pH、电导率(EC)、水溶性碳(DOC)和水溶性无机氮均有不同程度的影响。添加SSP和MAP均可加速堆肥升温,延长堆肥高温期,SSP和MAP处理高温期(≥50℃)较原料常规堆肥(CK)处理延长2d。SSP和MAP均呈酸性,可有效降低堆肥的pH值,减少氨的挥发,同时使堆料EC增高。添加SSP、MAP处理DOC利用率分别比原料常规堆肥(CK)高16.5%和4.9%。与原料常规堆肥(CK)相比,SSP和MAP均对牛粪高温堆肥的保氮起到一定效果,至堆肥结束,添加SSP、MAP处理的总氮含量比原料常规堆肥(CK)处理分别增加6.7%和17.3%,铵态氮含量比原料常规堆肥(CK)处理分别增加127.9和602.5mg/kg。从堆肥的总养分来看,加入SSP和MAP有利于增加堆肥的氮磷钾总养分,改善了堆肥品质,添加MAP效果要好于添加SSP。
The effect of addition of Calcium superphosphate (SSP) and Monoammonium phosphate (MAP) were detected during cow manure aerobic composting in a 100 L computing reactor. The results showed that the temperature, pH, elctrical conductivity (EC), water-soluble carbon (DOC) and water-soluble inorganic nitrogen changed after adding 1.0% SSP and 0.25% MAP. Addition of SSP and MAP could speed up the increase of temperature and extended high-temperature eomposting phase, last two more days compared with CK. SSP and MAP were acidic material, so when they added into compusting system, pH would declined, EC increased. The DOC utilization were 16.5% (SSP) and 4.9% (MAP) higher than CK group, addtion of SSP and MAP could enhanced conservation of nitrogen, at the end of composting, the content of total nitrogen increased by 6.7% (SSP) and 17.3% (MAP), and the content of ammonium nitrogen inceased by 127.9 mg/kg (SSP) and 602.5 mg/kg (MAP) compared with CK group. Addition of SSP and MAP both could incread content of N, P, K in aerobic eomposting, improve the quality product of compost. MAP group performed better than SSP group.
