摘要
随着社会的发展,现代木业企业对木材科学与工程学科的人才素质提出了新的要求,高校教育也要更新教育观念,改革培养模式,培养更能够适应现代企业需要的人才。本文论述了木材科学与工程人才在现代企业中应该具备的基本素质,分析了河北农业大学木材科学与工程学科人才培养在知识结构、职业技能、综合素质、敬业精神和专业方向上存在的问题,提出了人才培养改革的若干对策,包括加强产、学、研结合,创建具有创新精神的高水平教师队伍;注重学生的学习能力;培养学生的实际动手能力;培养复合型人才,提高学生的综合素质;深化考试改革;改革专业课程配置模式,主动适应社会需求,建立教学、实习、就业相结合的人才培养模式;推进就业导向的素质教育;建立新的实践教学方法体系,加强校企合作,培养学生创新能力。
With the developing of society,new requirements were put forward for talent quality of wood science and engineering specialty by modern wood enterprises.Changes were claimed to college education including updated education conception,reform of training pattern,and training of talents suiting demands of modern enterprises better.Basic qualities for talents of wood science and engineering specialty needed in mordent enterprises were discussed in this paper.Problems existed in aspects such as knowledge structure,vocational skill,comprehensive quality,dedication and major filed about personnel training of wood science and engineering specialty in our university were analyzed.Reformation strategies of personnel training were brought forward on the basis of analysis on current market demand.These strategies included reinforcement of cooperation among industries,universities and research institutes,creating teacher-team which were sophisticated and innovative in teaching;emphasis on learning ability of students;cultivation of practical hands-on ability of students;training of compound talents,improvement of students' comprehensive qualities;deepening the reform of examination;reformation of configuration of specialized courses,active adaptation to social needs,establishment of talents training pattern based on cooperation of teaching,study and employment;promoting quality education oriented to employment;creation of new system of practice teaching,enhancement of cooperation between school and enterprises,cultivation of students' innovation ability.
