摘要
腹泻是临床常见症状之一，原因以消化系统原发病为多见，而内分泌性疾病引起的腹泻在临床诊疗过程中易被忽视，尤其当患者出现肠道症状时，诊断往往只注意局部表现而忽略全身症状，而造成误诊或漏诊。现结合临床实践及相关文献，浅略分析一下内分泌疾病所致腹泻的常见原因。

Presently unifies the clinical practice and the related literature, slightly analyzes the endocrine disease result diarrhea shallowly the common reason.
