摘要
县域经济在国民经济中处于基础性地位,对区域经济的发展有着至关重要的影响。贵州地处欠发达地区,县域经济发展严重滞后,主要表现在整体实力较弱、产业结构不合理、工业发展滞后、分工不明确、专业化程度低、县域之间差距大等方面,对贵州经济整体发展带来不利影响。针对贵州自然与劳动力资源富集,思想文化与市场化程度落后的现实,应当抓住"珠三角"产业大转移机遇,大力招商引资,通过提高县级政府调控经济的能力、优化县域产业结构、加快县域城镇化进程、制定符合县域经济特色的民营经济发展策略、完善贵州县域市场体系等措施,推进贵州县域经济的发展。
County-level economy plays a basic role in the national economy, with a vital impact on regional economic development. Located in less-developed areas, Guizhou is backward in developing county-level economy, mainly reflected in weak overall strength, irrational industrial structure, lagging industrial development, unclear division of labor, low level of specialization and great inter-county difference＂ and bringing about a negative impact on the overall economic development in Guizhou. Guizhou is rich in natural resources and labor force but backward in ideology, culture and marketization. Accordingly, Guizhou should grasp the opportunity in the industrial transfer from the ＂ Pearl River Delta＂, introduce capital, strengthen county government＇s capability of regulating economy, improve county-level industrial structure, speed up county-level urbanization, formulate private economy development strategy in line with features of county-level economy, and improve county-level market system.
