摘要
旧工业建筑改造的使用质量及处理技术已经引起设计、施工、维修改造各个环节的重视。陕西钢厂轧钢车间为单层工业厂房,拟改造作为室内运动场馆,其墙体较高、内侧墙面污染严重、粘结力差的实际情况,采用现场试验方法,摸索用粉刷石膏对内侧墙面进行处理的施工工艺,并对粉刷石膏与其他处理方法进行了技术经济等各方面的比较,证明该方法实用可行。
The quality and handling techniques of the old Industrial buildings transformation have called attention of design, construction, repair and transformation. According to the plan of transformation of Shaanxi steelworks rolling plant with single-factory building into indoor games halls and under the situation of high wall, heavily polluted wall, poor adhesion, field test is adopted in order to handle with gypsum plaster. The comparison of Technological Economy aspects of gypsum plaster with other handling methods are carried out, which proved practical and feasible.
