摘要
介绍了威顿公司一期400 kt/a硫磺制酸装置中1台二吸塔酸冷却器阴极出现的故障及处理措施,通过采购备件阴极并改进阴极填料密封结构设计,全面检查所有阴极并对受损阴极加以更换,保证了酸冷却器的稳定运行。同时对酸冷却器阴极的使用谈了几点体会。
The failure and treatment of cathodes in anodically protected acid coolers for final absorption tower in Wylton Co.＇s Phase One 400 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant are described.The stable operation of acid coolers were ensured by purchasing spare parts and improving structural design of packing seal,comprehensive inspection and replacing the damaged cathodes.Some experiences about cathode use in anodically protected acid coolers are also given.
