摘要
通过对晋城市巴公污水处理厂工艺改进前后两年同期运行数据的对比发现:COD去除率比较稳定,但在同一水温条件下,技改后的COD去除率略高于技改前;技改后NH3-N去除率2009年前半年有一定提高,后半年效果不明显,但出水总氮浓度有所降低;污泥负荷不稳定,相同污泥负荷条件下,技改后的NH3-N去除率高于技改前。基于对主要影响因子的分析,建议在厌氧段前增设缓冲池稳定进水水质,提高碳氮比,在曝气池前加加热池、用废弃蒸汽或电加热等手段增强保温等措施。
Through the Contrastive analysis and study of Bagong sewage treatment plant around technical transformation,we find that COD removal rate was relatively stable,hut at the same temperature conditions, COD removal rate was slightly higher after the technological transfornlation;NH3-N removal rate in the first half of 2009 was better and lhe effluent TN concentration was reduced;Sludge load is unstable,and NH3-N is higher after the technological transformation. Based on the analysis of the main effect factors,to add a buffer pool before the anaerobic slage lo stahle the sewage qualily,increase the earbon-nitrogen ratio and improve the insulation measures by using waste heat or an additional thermal pool are suggested.
