摘要
目的探讨膝关节骨折术后纤维性僵直患者家庭康复治疗的治疗效果。方法选择在宁夏医科大学附属医院和宁夏回族自治区人民医院骨科就诊的膝关节周围骨折术后患者60例,所有患者出院时均合并不同程度的膝关节纤维性僵直,将所有患者随机分为家庭康复组(30例)和对照组(30例),出院后家庭康复组开始接受家庭康复治疗计划,对照组则不受约束,两组患者均于3个月后进行Lysholm膝关节评分和膝关节活动范围(ROM)评定。结果两组患者Lysholm膝关节评分结果差异有统计学意义(t=7.13,P<0.05),家庭康复组膝关节评分明显优于对照组。膝关节活动范围(ROM)在出院时经χ2检验差异无统计学意义,但于研究结束时差异较为明显,家庭康复组优良率(96.7%)明显高于对照组(30.0%)。结论实施家庭康复治疗能有效改善患者膝关节术后活动范围,恢复肢体功能,减轻残疾,使患肢功能障碍的发生率降低。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of the Family Rehabilitation with Non-Family Rehabilitation on the postoperative knee joint with fibrous stiffness.Methods 60 patients with frature around their knee joint were enrolled from the Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University and the Ningxia People's Hospital.All of these patients had a stiffness knee joint when they discharged from the hospital after the reconstruction operation.Patients were randomly assigned into two groups:Family Rehabilitation group(30 cases) and Control group(30 cases).The Family Rehabilitation group began to accept the remedy of family rehabilitation,while the Control group didn't do it when they leave the hospitals.The two groups were assessed by the Lysholm score system and ROM(range of motion) of the knee joint after 3 months.Results The two groups had a statistically significant difference in Lysholm knee score results(t=7.13,P0.05).The score of The family rehabilitation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The distinction of ROM was not very obvious in the discharge,but at the end of this study it showed significant difference.The excellent and good rate of the Family Rehabilitation group(96.7%) was significantly higher than the control group(30.0%).Conclusion The implementation of the Family Rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the range of knee activities,restore physical function and reduce disability,make the limb dysfunction to a minimum level.
