摘要
针对河口飞雁滩油田聚驱后含水上升和产量递减快的问题,研制一种由油溶性合成高分子和表面活性剂复配而成的乳化树脂深部调驱剂,调驱剂在水中可形成粒径小于2μm的稳定分散体系。该技术主要利用炼油中油溶性树脂由催化裂化的副产物聚合而成,属线性高分子。室内合成系列油溶性树脂,从而使该调驱剂中的高分子组分在地层中遇到水时先软化后聚合,形成可堵塞水道的成分,当高分子组分在地层中遇到油时,高分子可溶解在油中,具有堵水不堵油的优良性能。调驱剂中的活性剂成分可降低油水界面张力,起到提高洗油效率的作用。
Aiming at the problems of increasing water cut and depressive output in Feiyantan oil field in Hekou, a kind of emulsified resin for deep profile control and oil displacement agent which was dispensed with oil soluble high polymer and surfactant was developed. The agent could form stable disperse system in which the grain diameter was smaller than 2μm. Laboratory formula and performance evaluation of the profile control agent was performed in this article. By products coming formation catalytic cracking were polymerized to the agent which belongs to linear high polymer. A series of oil soluble resins were synthesized by indoor conditions in order to form the polymer component in the profile control agent which could soften water in the formation, then coalesce and plug the waterway. When the polymer component encounters oil in the formation, the polymer could be dissolved in the oil so it had the characteristic of water plugging but oil phase. The surfactant composition in the profile control agent could reduce oil/water interface tension which could be helpful for oil displacement efficiency.
