摘要 针对我国机采后茶鲜叶难以用人畜力以及常规机械切碎加工的生产实际,研制了茶鲜叶铡碎机;同时,介绍了整机的结构、工作原理和主要技术参数,并完成了主要工作部件设计。通过生产试验表明:该机切碎合格率为98%,生产率为3~4.5t/h,单位能耗为0.52kW.h/t,各项技术指标均达到了茶鲜叶机械化切碎加工技术要求。 According to the production reality of person animal power or the conventional machinery cuts processing for machine picking tea fresh leaf in our country. We have designed a new tea fresh leaf chopper machine.This article introduced the machine structure,the principle of work and the major technique parameter,and have completed the design of the prime task part. The result of the production testing showed:This chopper machine cutting qualified rate is 98.5%,the productivity is 3-4.5t/h,the unit energy consumption is 0.52kw·h/t,all of technical specifications have achieved technology request of the tea fresh leaf mechanization cutting the process.
