简要介绍减压贮藏技术的原理、优点、技术构成。叙述减压贮藏技术实践和在生鲜产品不冻结保鲜中的应用,以及保障食品安全方面的一些实验。
The principle, merits and make up of technology on hypobaric storage technology will be introduced simply. It is narrated both the practice on hypobaric storage technology and its use on free from freezing preservation for fresh produce. The experiment instance will be discoursed to safeguard food safety.
