焊接热输入对07MnCrMoVR钢接头组织和性能的影响

摘要 研究了首钢38mm厚07MnCrMoVR钢板焊接热输入对其接头组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明,首钢07MnCrMoVR钢具有较宽的焊接热输入适应范围,在焊接热输入为16~42kJ/cm进行焊接,其接头各区域均具有很好的低温韧性。随着焊接热输入的增加,接头拉伸性能变化不大,但接头各区域冲击吸收功略有降低。 The influence of heat input on the welding joints' microstructure and property of 38 mm 07MnCrMoVR produced by Shougang are studied. The results indicate that the 07MnCrMoVR steel has a wide adaptable range for heat input. And as the welding heat input is between 16 kJ/cm and 42 kJ/cm, the welding joints has excellent low temperature toughness. As the increment of heat input, the elongation property of welding joints does not change much, but the impact toughness has some decrement,
