摘要
针对负载变化时旁路节流调速回路存在的液压缸输出前冲和液压缸进油腔压力冲击的问题,采用理论分析与试验研究相结合的方法,研究了调速阀式旁路节流调速系统参数变化对系统动态特性的影响.建立了旁路串接调速阀的节流调速系统动态特性的理论模型,并进行了相应的试验研究,试验数据分析结果与理论分析相吻合,为此类型回路系统设计提供了参考依据.
Considering abrupt forward output of the hydraulic cylinder and pressure shocks of the supply cavity of hydraulic cylinder in response to the load changes of by-pass trimming circuit, this paper studies the influence of parameters changes of speed control valve type by-pass trimming system on the dynamic characteristics of hvdranlic system by theoretical analysis and experimental study. A theoretical model of dynamic characteristics is established for the throttle governing speed control system with by-pass speed control valve. The corresponding experimental study is then described. The analysis results of experimental data are in agreement with theoretical analysis, which may be referential for the design of this type of circuit.
